The long-awaited Launceston Chilean tasting is finally booked for 1815 on Wednesday 17th April at Cinco Passiones. This should be late enough that people won’t be drowning in grapes.
We will kick off the evening with a Pisco Sour cocktail making session before we get into the world of seriously old vines, volcanic influences, natural wines and two ultra-premium wines** rarely seen in Australia.
